Sam has over 2 decades of Jiu-Jitsu training. He is a Black Belt under the tutorage of Tony Eduardo of Next Level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Sam is known for his technical abilities and has plenty of competition experience with Bronze in the European Jiu-Jitsu Championship in 2011. Sam also has experience in Mixed Martial Arts and his classes are enjoyed by people of all abilities.

Sam has trained all over the world including England, Brazil, Portugal and Thailand, he has previously taught in China.
