In his class, you will usually go through a little bit of cardio exercises mixed with a lot of Jiu-Jitsu-based movements while listening to important details on Jiu-Jitsu fundamental concepts. As a competitor, Ferasse was the China Open Blue Belt champion 2010 under 80kgs and silver medalist in the open weight category.

“I was looking for an effective combat sport and heard about Jiu-Jitsu. After my first experience with the art, I knew it was that I found what I was looking for. However, what I didn’t know back then was that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was far more than just the most effective and most efficient combat sport on the planet, it was also and foremost a martial art. A martial art that taught me through the years how to constantly improve myself, how to run my business, how to raise my children and simply how to be a good person. To me like to other millions of people around the planet, Jiu-Jitsu is right up there: among the best things that ever happened to me.”
